First of all MCB have strong financial position and earning more profits day by day so according to me the salaries of employees must be increased because currently MCB didnt provide good salaries to its employees. Secondly MCB must have to improve its marketing strategies and come up with heavy advertisements i.e TV advertisements, newspaper and magazine etc because currently MCB is not investing much on its promotion if they do so they can capture more market share. I observed that the employees of MCB are strike to one seat and are particularly performing one job and specialized in it and they didnt know about any other field or job so they must be rotated timely in order to expert in every field. Incentives and bonuses must be given to the employees in order to motivate them towards their work. Any such system must be developed by which every employee who is facing any problem from his officer can communicate it with higher management in order to remove that problem. The hypothesis behind this experiment was that more oxygen would be consumed at a lower temperature to maintain body heat. To measure the rate of oxygen consumption a mouse was given a specific amount of oxygen. The amount consumed in a specific time was measured and compared to the rates at a colder temperature. The apparatus had to then be tested before the mouse could be placed inside and the data collection portion of the experiment commenced. The jar was dried and a piece of dry paper towel was placed in the bottom. The pipette end of the tubing was placed into a beaker of ink. The pinch clamp on the other end of the tubing was opened completely and the pipetor (blue handled) was attached to the end. The handle of the pipetor was pulled until ink on the other end of the tubing reached the bent portion of the pipette. The pinch clamp was pinched closed. The ink was studied and when it maintained a constant level after thirty seconds the preliminary testing went into its final stages. The sensitivity of the apparatus was then tested by warming the jar with body heat from the hands. The ink went down showing that the apparatus was correctly prepared. The apparatus was then taken apart. A mouse was weighed and placed inside the jar by the tail with the KOH pellets remaining in the test tube inside the apparatus. A work order system is composed of a number of work cells that are arranged in a sequential order. Each work cell consists of the information of one stage of the operation. In the manufacturing operation, the work cells are used to represent each stage of the manufacturing operation. In a manufacturing system, to optimize manufacturing performance, the Hollier Algorithm is used for making optimal arrangements for work stations. The Hollier Algorithm is used for sorting part routing data and arranging work stations acc ording to the part routing data inputs. In this report, the operation chosen is manufacturing process. The effects and impacts of work order system on manufacturing performance have been discussed in this report. Work Order System and Manufacturing Performance Work Order System is an operation layout or algorithm that is used to optimize the performance of the machine on the basis of input and output. In a manufacturing process, several work planning, layout and operation algorithms are needed to optimize operation performance. Use of a suitable work order system will significantly impact the manufacturing performance. A work order system is composed of a number of work cells that are arranged in a sequential order. Each work cell consists of the information of one stage of the operation. In the manufacturing operation, the work cells are used to represent each stage of the manufacturing operation. There are two kinds of work flow diagrams pure sequential and mixed sequential. For a manufacturing operation, mixed sequential diagram is used to represent the whole process. Figure: Work System Structure for a Manufacture Industry (Operations) Now, work flow diagram using work cells are only small parts of a work order system. The work flow diagrams are constructed in several stages technological stage, work allocation stage and ergonomic stage. For a manufacturing operation, the technological stage consist of the technical operations of manufacturing machines, work allocation consists of the allocation of duties to the machines as well as workers and ergonomic stage consists of other related factors like resources, methodology, post-manufacture operations and others. In manufacturing process, the parts of the work cells are called as Part Family. In a manufacturing system, to optimize manufacturing performance, the Hollier Algorithm is used for making optimal arrangements for work stations. The Hollier Algorithm is used for sorting part routing data and arranging work stations according to the part routing data inputs. For manufacturing process, work flow diagram is much complex. In this part of work order system, the existing operation methodology is analyzed and broken down into small work cells or work break down structures. There are a number of benefits of methods analysis in manufacturing process: Unnecessary operations or methods are analyzed and removed from the main manufacture operation. This helps in preventing extra costs and unwanted operational errors. Multiple operations can be combined together in a sequential order for avoiding too much operation time. This helps in reduction of overall manufactural timeline and operations. In manufacturing process, sometimes, the operations are not done in sequential order and hence, operational errors are found very often. Method analysis can help in rearranging the order of the operations so that the manufacturing process can be executed in the correct manner. Method analysis can also simply the operational activities of a manufacturing process. This helps in increasing efficiency and optimizing the performance of the manufacturing equipments. Methods Design Methods design follows the method analysis process and is used to design optimal design methods for manufacturing or any other industrial operation. Methods design has another set of benefits for industrial operations and manufacturing operations for this case. These benefits are follows: The problems and issues arising during the operational activities can be mitigated easily by building a suitable methods design i.e. methods design gives a proper way of operations. Methods design can be used to find suitable alternatives to existing operations. Finding alternative operation ways can provide more options as well as more optimal and efficient operational method. Methods design can also be used for implementation of new methods and operational changes. A suitable methods design is best suited for optimizing operations of the industrial equipments. From the work breakdown structures and work cells, an operational layout can be designed including the layout for the operational equipments. The convict threatened to Pips fat cheeks and turned upside, which is also ironic as to what will happen to Pip in the future. Pip obeyed the stranger. Fearing for his life he steals porkpie, mincemeat and brandy for the convict from his home. He also got the convict a file. Pip returns the next morning on the marches. Emptied his pockets, gave Magwitch the wittles and Magwitch gobbles them down like a dog. Pip showed Magwitch kindness and pity. Pip asked him if he had enjoyed the meal, Magwitchs answer was I did, thankyee dear boy. This is important because it shows compassion to Magwitch that he has never received. As he was an orphan and had no one. This is the first time we see a sign of humanity from the fearful man. Later on in chapter 5 soldiers were out looking for two convicts, Magwitch and another Compeyson. Joe, Pips brother-in-law a blacksmith helps the soldiers to look for the two convicts. The two men were found fighting on the marches. Pip was with Joe at the time when the two men were arrested. Magwitch noticed that Pip was with Joe and presumed that Joe was the man Pip lived with. The convict not as bad as he looks owns up for Pip saying that it was him who stole the food he said then Im sorry to say, Ive eaten your pie. Magwitch didnt want Pip to get into trouble at home. The humble blacksmith Pips father figure replies by god knows youre welcome to it. The man Magwitch was fighting with Compeyson was a convict that Magwitch used to do crime with. Compeyson was a gentleman. The two men were tried in court together because of a forgery scam that the men were involved in. The justice system favoured the rich and so Magwitch received 14 years but Compeyson only got 7 years. Compeyson had the benefit of learning and public boarding school Compeysons education and gentlemanly ways convinced the judges that he was innocent. This is a point the Dickens made out about a corrupt legal system. That was why Magwitch is prepared to go to any lengths to kill Compeyson. Magwitch feels that the only way he could get justice is to take matter into his own hands. After the soldiers had caught the two men. Magwitch is transported to Australia. When he has served his time he can make a new life there, but if he returns to England he will face a death sentence. Magwitch farmed sheep, lives cheaply and saves his money for Pip. Pip not knowing any thing about this or the grate amount of money he will receive in the future. Pip thinking that he will not have much of a future becomes Joes apprentice Miss Havisham a wealthy old lady who lives in a big and rather gloomy house called Satis House invited Pip to play at her house.

This collection of essays reflects current values of people in America. If one wants to have a glimpse in American culture and identity, these stories in their concentration comprehensively represent this hidden knowledge. This paper will address an arguable claim related to the play. The clam is that, â€Å"isolation or a feeling of not belonging forms the foundation of the play, The House of Blue Leaves. All characters in the play seek to move from their status to a presumably better position.† The main character is a middle-class married zookeeper, acting as Artie. Artie is not comfortable with his zookeeping job and he has a conviction to achieve better things. As such, he does the zookeeping job during the day and attends amateur night to play his original songs despite being the oldest person in the amateur. He is destined to make a for wand move though some circumstances limit his quest. Indeed, we can sense his dissatisfaction and sense of not belonging where the play opens with him on the stage of the El Dorado Bar & Grill playing the piano as he sings his songs. However, his frustration manifests when he cannot get a spotlight and the audience ignores his singing. Nevertheless, he continues to sing and when he finishes with no applause from the audience, he quits a disappointed man with an urge to become a better songwriter. He claims his aspirations are old enough despite his middle age and thus his urge to achieve this bothers him so much. His p ursuit to become a songwriter is seemingly absurd as he even plans to abandon his schizophrenic wife, Bananas, and their unstable soldier son for the sake of realizing his dreams. Actually, he desperately seeks to escape to Hollywood with his mistress, Bunny Flingus who stays just downstairs. Most unfortunately is the fact that despite his absurd ambitions, most of his songs are terrible. Indeed, everybody can sense that he has no talent and his dreams may be in vain. Nevertheless, he is prepared to do anything to become a songwriter who will win Oscar awards. As seen herein, the main character is in a world that he does not enjoy a feeling of belonging. Indeed, despite his age, middle –class status, family commitments, and a schizophrenic wife, Artie is still convinced that he can become celebrated songwriter and thus puts a lot of effort to it (Shapiro 1966). In fact, despite his current songs being terrible and the audience showing no interest in them, he aims to be at the top. However, his dreams draw some absurdity where he even plans to abandon his needy family to pursue his ambitions in Hollywood.
